Terms of Use

The terms for using Juno: what it does for you, what stays with you, and how the subscription works.

Last updated October 1, 2026

1. The service

Juno is a personal agent made by Schema. You tell it what you need in a chat, and it uses the web on your behalf: it looks things up, compares options, fills in forms, and prepares bookings and purchases on the sites you would otherwise use yourself. These terms cover the Juno app and the Schema services behind it (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, downloading or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. Who can use Juno

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for what you ask Juno to do and for the accounts you connect to it.

3. What Juno does for you, and what stays with you

  • Juno acts on your instructions. Before anything final (sending, booking, reserving or buying), it stops and asks you to confirm.
  • Juno never pays without your approval. When you save a payment card, each payment is shown to you and approved with Face ID before anything is charged.
  • Results come from third-party websites, which can be wrong, out of date or change without notice. Check prices, times, availability and other details before relying on them, especially before you confirm a booking or purchase.
  • Bookings, purchases and other transactions are between you and the site or business you use. Their terms, prices, cancellation and refund policies apply, and Schema is not a party to them.
  • Some sites limit automated access. Juno may be unable to complete a request on them, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of the sites and accounts you ask it to use.

4. Your accounts and saved details

If you connect a site, your sign-in is stored in your iPhone’s Keychain, protected by Face ID, and sent to Schema only with a request that needs it, to be used on that site for that request. If you save a payment card, it is stored the same way and sent only with a request to buy something. You can remove saved sign-ins and cards at any time in the app.

You are responsible for keeping your device and accounts secure, and for activity performed through your accounts at your direction.

5. Subscription and billing

  • Juno is free to try for a limited amount of use. After that, continued use requires a Juno subscription, billed through your Apple account.
  • New subscribers may get a free first month (an introductory offer). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free month or any billing period, the subscription renews automatically and your Apple account is charged the price shown in the app for the next period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or from Juno’s Settings › Plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
  • Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms. Prices may change; any change applies from your next renewal, after notice as required by Apple.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to do anything illegal, to harm others, to harass or impersonate anyone, to buy or access prohibited goods or content, to circumvent security or access controls, to scrape or overload sites in violation of their terms, or to interfere with the Service itself. We may suspend or end access for misuse.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of what you send to Juno, including messages and photos. You give Schema permission to process it to provide, secure and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and availability

Juno is new and changes often. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law. Schema is not responsible for the content, availability or actions of third-party sites, or for decisions you make based on information Juno provides.

To the extent allowed by law, Schema is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using Juno at any time and delete your data from the app (Settings › Advanced). Cancel your subscription through Apple to stop billing.
