1. What we collect

• Your messages and requests to Juno, and the conversation context sent with them so follow-ups make sense.
• Photos you choose to send with a message.
• Details you choose to give Juno to personalize answers: your name, pronouns, where you’re based, your interests, and what’s coming up.
• Sign-ins for sites you connect, and a payment card if you save one. These are stored only in your iPhone’s Keychain behind Face ID. They are sent to Schema only with a request that needs them, used for that request only, and not stored on our servers.
• The results of your requests and how they ran (the steps taken, timing, errors), which we use to fix failures and improve the Service.
• Bug reports you choose to send, which include what you say plus recent app activity and the last messages if you allow it.

Voice messages are turned into text on your iPhone; only the text is sent. We don’t collect your contacts, location or advertising identifier, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.

2. How we use it

• To do what you ask: understand the request, browse and read the sites involved, and write the answer.
• To keep the Service working and secure, and to find and fix requests that fail or run slowly.
• To improve answers and speed, including automated quality checks of how well requests were answered.

We don’t sell your information and we don’t use it for advertising.

3. Who processes it

• AI model providers, reached through OpenRouter, process the text and photos of your requests to understand them and write answers.
• Our servers run on Fly.io (United States), which hosts the Service and its database.
• Websites Juno visits for you receive what any visitor would send, plus the details you asked Juno to enter there (for example a search, a reservation’s details, or your sign-in on that site).
• Apple handles subscription purchases; we never see your Apple payment details.

4. How long we keep it

Your conversation is stored on your iPhone. Request logs on our servers are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or kept only in aggregate. Bug reports are kept until the issue is resolved. Sign-ins and cards are never stored on our servers.

5. Your choices

• Remove saved sign-ins, your card, or what Juno knows about you at any time in Settings.
• Delete everything on your iPhone with Settings › Advanced › Delete my data and start over.
• Ask us to access or delete data held on our servers by emailing support@getschema.app.

6. Age

Juno is for adults 18 and over. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it applies.
